"Make Up Your Own Holiday" Blog Hop

Welcome to the "Make Up Your Own Holiday" Blog Hop. If you just came from Just Yolie, Just Create, then you are on the right track! If you have just stopped in for a visit and want to join in on the hop from the beginning start with One by One the Flamingos are Stealing my Sanity.

“Karelj is offering an over-all blog candy for those who are hopping along with us. She thought it would be fun to have some holiday-themed candy for this hop--but, of course, made-up holiday items were hard to come by! She decided to do a whole bunch of *regular* holiday themed stamps for you to enjoy. From Fiskars, there is an assorted holiday set; there's an alphabet from All Night Media, a set of 100 plus clear stamps and a storage case from Family Memories, and 5 sets of clear stamps from various dollar bins in big box stores. How to win them? Follow along the blog trail, leaving a comment on each and every blog. On Monday, Karelj will ask her buddy Randy ( to select a blog number (from the list), a day (Saturday is one, Sunday is two), and a comment number from that blog. Please make sure you have left a reliable way to contact you (email is best, in the safe format of **** at **** dot com ) so you can be notified by her personally. If you don't, she’ll have to select another winner.”
My made up holiday is......"CONGER UP SOMETHIN' CAMO" DAY. I have been working on some decorations for my son's 2nd birthday. Our theme is going to be camoflauge. This was totally my hubby's idea!

I used my "Alpha Banner" Kit to make a high chair banner. You can check it out HERE.

I bought some cheap balloon weights at our local dollar store for $1 each. I removed the foil from them and covered them with camo wrapping paper, tied with ribbon, and placed a cupcake topper in each.

I created these cupcake toppers using basic shapes in MTC.  Soooo easy!

I found this little T-shirt for $4 at a local military shop. I used some iron-on vinyl from Print On It and cut this design. I love this little T and can't wait to see my son in it. You should visit Print On It and check out their cool vinyl.
Hope you are enjoying my camo chaos! I have been working hard to get everything ready and I am finally done!
Now, on to some sweet stuff for all you MTC and SCAL users out there....
I will be giving away YOUR CHOICE of one of my SVG kits from Short 'N Scrappy Designs. To win, simply become a follower and leave a comment letting me know which item from my shop you would like. IF YOU DO NOT LIST WHICH ITEM YOU WANT ALONG WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, I WILL CHOOSE ANOTHER WINNER. The reason I will choose another winner is that not everyone is interested in SVG files and these files are the only item up for grabs from me today. Even if your not interested in the files, don't forget to leave a comment to be eligable for Karelj's candy!!
I am also having a "Thank You" Giveaway for all my followers! To enter in this giveaway click HERE.

Your next stop on this hop is Scrapaleupagus.
