DT Intro Project and Day 19 of the Birthday Bash
Hello all my fabulous followers as well as those just passing through. Today is Day 19 of Karel's Birthday Bash. I am designing today for Karel at One by One the Flamingos are Stealing my Sanity. For my DT submission I created an easel card. I have just recently began making cards and sometimes find it more challenging than creating scrapbook layouts. I guess it's the fact that I only have a small space to work with.'s my card. Since it is for Karel's Birthday Bash I thought it would be fitting to create a birthday card.

Easel Card Recipe:
Vellum (ran through my embosser, inked, and stickles added)
DCWV cardstock-pastels
Ribbon from dollar bin at Michaels
Sentiments were printed on white cardstock and cut to size.
Stitched bottom mat using Pixie Plus machine
White stitch/flower rub-ons from Doodlebug Designs, inc.
I attached the cupcake using an Action Wobble (these things are awesome and now I am totally hooked). I downloaded the free cupcake svg file from Beth at My Cricut Scrapbooking. You should pay Beth a visit and become a follower while you're there. She has some awesome freebies and shares soooo much! Thanks Beth!!

As a thank you to all those visiting me today from Karel's blog, I am re-posting my Flamingo svg file for you MTC and SCAL users out there.

Look familiar? I used him when making our Flamingo blog buttons. I Love Him!!! I must find something else to use him on soon!

I found your site through Karel's celebrations. I took a look around and found your free SVGs. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to upload them for others to use. So many of them are AWESOME! and I can't wait to cut them!
